Fall 2026 Co-Ed Adult Tennis Classes
Our Fall 2026 Tennis Clinics will run for 7 weeks, starting the week of September 14th-November 1st.

Please note: If you do not see a group that fits your day and schedule please reach out as we are happy to create custom classes for everyone’s convenience.
ADULT TENNIS PROGRAM DESCRIPTIONS
Cardio Tennis (All Levels) – A high-energy workout combining tennis drills, movement, and live ball play. Designed to improve fitness, footwork, and consistency while keeping players active and engaged.
Stroke of the Week (Beginner-Friendly) – A technical clinic focusing on one key stroke each session (forehand, backhand, volley, serve, etc.). Ideal for beginners or players looking to refine fundamentals in a structured setting.
Live Ball (Beginner) – Fast-paced point play with modified scoring and coach-fed balls. Great for newer players looking to improve reaction time, consistency, and confidence in a fun, social environment.
Live Ball (Intermediate / Advanced) – High-intensity point play emphasizing movement, reaction, and shot selection. Players rotate quickly through points for a challenging, competitive workout.
Drill ’n Play (Intermediate) – A combination of structured drills followed by coached point play. Focuses on applying technique to live situations while improving consistency and court awareness.
Drill ’n Play (Experienced / Advanced) – Designed for experienced players seeking a challenging mix of drills and competitive play. Emphasis on strategy, movement, and match-style situations.
Adult Doubles Social Series(Sunday): Join us for a fun 7-week doubles clinic designed to improve your game while connecting other players. Each 90 min session will include doubles strategy, live-ball drills, coached point play, and social match play. Players will rotate partners throughout the session, making it a great opportunity to meet fellow tennis enthusiasts and sharpen your double skills. No partner required. All levels welcome. Coed.
Looking for more match play this summer? Join the CSTC Summer Challenge Ladder for a fun, flexible, and competitive way to play all season long!
Open to members and non-members. All levels welcome.
The CSTC Summer Challenge Ladder is designed to give players more opportunities for match play, improve strategy and consistency, and connect with other players in a fun and social environment.
Players will be grouped based on level and placed on a ladder ranking system. Throughout the season, players may challenge players or teams above them on the ladder and coordinate matches based on mutual availability. Standings will be updated weekly.
