Our Spring 2026 Tennis Clinics will run for 7 weeks, starting the week of April 6th*. *We will be resurfacing our courts so this date is subject to change.
Our Summer 2026 Tennis Clinics will run for 8 weeks, starting the week of July 6th.

ADULT TENNIS PROGRAM DESCRIPTIONS
Cardio Tennis (All Levels) – A high-energy workout combining tennis drills, movement, and live ball play. Designed to improve fitness, footwork, and consistency while keeping players active and engaged. (Offered Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays)
Stroke of the Week (Beginner-Friendly) – A technical clinic focusing on one key stroke each session (forehand, backhand, volley, serve, etc.). Ideal for beginners or players looking to refine fundamentals in a structured setting. (Offered Mondays adn Tuesdays)
Live Ball (Beginner) – Fast-paced point play with modified scoring and coach-fed balls. Great for newer players looking to improve reaction time, consistency, and confidence in a fun, social environment. (Offered Thursdays)
Live Ball (Intermediate / Advanced) – High-intensity point play emphasizing movement, reaction, and shot selection. Players rotate quickly through points for a challenging, competitive workout. (Offered Wednesdays)
Drill ’n Play (Intermediate) – A combination of structured drills followed by coached point play. Focuses on applying technique to live situations while improving consistency and court awareness.
Drill ’n Play (Experienced / Advanced) – Designed for experienced players seeking a challenging mix of drills and competitive play. Emphasis on strategy, movement, and match-style situations. (Offered Tuesdays and Saturdays)
Thursday Night Drop-In – Join us for fun, high-energy drop-in tennis clinics. Perfect for keeping your game sharp and getting great court time during the week.
