For the 2026 season there is a new process in place for birthday party reservations to allow for more families to have their preferred date.
We now will offer two available time slots for weekend reservations (Saturdays & Sundays), 11 am-1 pm & 2-4 pm. Select the start time of your preferred date & time on the calendar to request your slot.
Once approved by a board member, you will be direct to pay for your party. No party is finalized until approved by a board member and you have submitted payment.
For all end of season sports packages, email communicatecstc@gmail.com with your preferred date & time (see details below) & we will arrange your reservation. Please reference the calendar for open dates before emailing.
Please see below for the packages, 2026 prices and dates parties will not be held due to Club events.
END OF SEASON SPORTS PACKAGE
June/July: Monday – Thursday / 5:00pm to close (No July 2nd, July 16th, July 17th)
August: Any day of the week / 4:00pm to close

Price: $350
Every member of party MUST check in with front desk.
BIRTHDAY PARTY PACKAGE (Beginning after 6/9)
June/July: Monday to Thursday – Beginning at 3pm for a 2-hour block. (No July 2nd, July 16th, July 17th)
Saturday or Sunday – 11am-1pm or 12pm – 2pm
August: Any day of the week for any 2 hour time period.
All reservations are for the Pergola near main pool.
$300 / includes 15 non-member guests (parents/guardians who remain at party will not be charged)
No parties can take place on holidays/holiday weekends.
After party is over, all remaining guests must pay guest fee to stay.
