Β JUNIOR TENNIS PROGRAM DESCRIPTIONS
Tiny Tots (Ages 3β4) A fun, movement-based introduction to tennis. Players develop coordination, balance, and basic racquet skills through games and age-appropriate activities designed to build confidence and love for the sport. (Offered Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays)
Red Ball (Ages 4β6 spring/Ages 5-6 summer) Designed for young beginners using red balls and smaller courts. Focuses on hand-eye coordination, basic strokes, rallying skills, and learning tennis fundamentals in a fun, energetic environment. (Offered Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays)
Orange Ball (Ages 7β9) Players progress to orange balls and larger courts while developing proper stroke technique, footwork, rally consistency, and point play. Emphasis on skill development, movement, and game awareness. (Offered Mondays, Wednesdays and Sundays)
Green Dot Ball (Ages 10β12) Prepares players for full-court tennis using green dot balls. Focus on refined stroke mechanics, consistency, serving, scoring, and match play fundamentals in a structured group setting. (Offered Mondays and Wednesdays)
Junior Development (Ages 12β14) For intermediate players ready to advance their skills. Emphasis on technique, footwork, strategy, consistency, and competitive point play. Ideal for players looking to improve overall performance and match readiness. (Offered Tuesdays and Thursdays)
Fun Friday Juniors β A fast-paced, game-based session focused on live ball, movement, and competitive play. Designed to reinforce skills learned during the week while keeping tennis social and fun. (Offered Fridays)
Kids Cardio Tennis (Ages 7+) A tennis-specific conditioning class focusing on agility, speed, balance, coordination, and movement patterns. No experience required, great for improving overall athleticism and on-court performance. Racquets and proper shoes are required. (Offered Sundays)
